Payment Terms: 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. The remaining 40% will be payable after the website demo/approval, and the final 10% must be paid before the website goes live.
Project Scope: The quotation includes only the pages, features, and services specifically mentioned in the quotation. Any additional features or requirements will be charged separately.
Content Responsibility: The client will provide all required content, including text, images, logo, contact details, documents, and other materials.
Design Revisions: Reasonable minor design revisions are included. Major design changes or repeated revisions after approval may incur additional charges.
Domain & Hosting: Domain and hosting charges will be included or billed separately as mentioned in the quotation. Renewal charges after the initial period will be payable by the client.
Project Timeline: The delivery timeline depends on the timely submission of required content, information, approvals, and feedback from the client.
Third-Party Services: Charges for third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS APIs, premium plugins, paid themes, email services, or other external APIs will be borne by the client.
Maintenance & Support: Free website maintenance and technical support will be provided for the first 6 months from the date of website launch. After completion of the initial 6-month free maintenance period, annual maintenance charges will apply as per the applicable maintenance plan. Any major modifications, new features, or additional development work will be charged separately.
Technical Support: Technical support covers bug fixing and issues related to the delivered website. New features, redesigns, or major modifications are not included in regular support.
Ownership & Access: Complete website ownership and final access/files will be transferred to the client after receiving the full payment.
Cancellation Policy: Once development has started, the advance payment will be non-refundable as it covers the development work and resources allocated to the project.
Backup & Data: Website/database backup will be maintained according to the selected maintenance plan. The developer will not be responsible for data loss caused by unauthorized changes, third-party hosting issues, or client-side modifications.
Security: Basic website security measures will be implemented. The developer shall not be liable for security incidents, server failures, malware, hacking, or issues caused by third-party services beyond reasonable control.
Renewal Charges: Domain, hosting, SSL, API, maintenance, and other subscription/renewal charges must be paid by the client before their respective expiry dates.
Final Approval: The website will be considered completed after the client reviews and approves the final version.
Additional Work: Any work, feature, page, integration, or modification not specifically mentioned in this quotation will be considered additional work and will be charged separately with the client's approval.
Quotation Validity: This quotation will remain valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
